All orders are processed manually through WhatsApp communication. Payment is collected via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other methods agreed upon between the customer and our team.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan using reliable courier services. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and external factors.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier

5. Returns & Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Our return policy is as follows:

• Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the buyer unless the error is ours

Sellers and store owners on RamzeTakhleeq agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding their products
• Maintain quality standards for customer satisfaction
